The Key Lab was created in collaboration with NFT PRO™ The “collector's item” is limited to five units and will be auctioned off in the near future. Each Space Key contains a block composed of a carbon-fire composite material. It was shipped to the International Space Station as part of a 2019 research project. After returning to Earth the block was inscribed with a QR code that links to the digital element within the Space Key. Each of the five Space Keys will feature a separate moment that occurs seconds apart as the Lamborghini Ultimae lifts off toward the stars. Each of five images was shot by photographer Fabian Oefner and contains over 600 million pixels. Oefner employed an inflatable camera equipped with a lens to capture individual images, which were then assembled into the final photograph. The result is a truly out of this world photo that captures the beauty of Earth as well as the futuristic, hyper-realistic image of the car rising away from it. The Space Keys will be auctioned off in the near future, however the exact date and location of the event hasn't been announced yet.
